Kel Mitchell is a character featured in the Apple TV+ series, Invasion.
Kel and her husband Patrick open their home to the Malik family after first taking in Luke, who they ran into in the woods.
History[]
Offering refuge to the Maliks[]
Kel and Patrick meet Luke in the woods after he ran away from his family. Not long after, Aneesha and Ahmed come searching for him and stumble upon the Mitchells, who invite them inside due to the curfew.[1]
With there being a curfew and the Mitchells running low on food, someone needs to head into town for supplies. Patrick plans to take Ahmed, but he doesn't want to leave his kids behind. Kel suggests asking their neighbors for help, but Patrick surmises they already have enough on their hands. So, Aneesha volunteers instead.[2]
Hiding in the attic[]
When the house is attacked and their dog is killed by aliens, Kel and Patrick lead the Maliks into the attic, where they remain until Aneesha returns with a plan to escape. Patrick tries to stop her, which results in both Kel and Sarah falling through the floor, gaining the attention of their attackers and resulting in a deadly encounter.[3]
